Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item has significant manufacturing defects.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must include original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable content.
  • Gift cards.
  • Books damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and photos if the item is damaged.
  3. Wait for return authorization instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

Exchanges
