Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival.

To qualify for a return:

- The item must include original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Books damaged due to customer misuse.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
Return Process

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Shipping Charges

Exchanges
